About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Tagalog Speaker - Travel Reservation Specialist | Dubai, UAE fluent in Tagalog to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing client travel bookings, coordinating with suppliers, and delivering exceptional customer service across B2C and B2B markets (primarily GCC).
Tasks

  • Handle flight, hotel, holiday package, and tour reservations for individual and corporate clients
  • Communicate effectively in Tagalog & English with clients to understand their travel needs
  • Provide accurate quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors (airlines, hotels, DMCs)
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Assist walk-in customers and support WhatsApp/email inquiries
  • Offer excellent pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in travel reservation, preferably in outbound travel
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is a must
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Tagalog and English
  • Knowledge of GCC travel trends and destinations
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM or reservation platforms is a plus
