Key Responsibilities:

Thorough knowledge of

TADBEER packages, services, and procedures

Promote TADBEER services and effectively

market packages to potential customers

Handle customer enquiries

and convert leads into

valid confirmed customers

Manage and resolve

customer grievances

, including issues related to housemaids and services Coordinate and conduct

online interviews

between customers and housemaids Act as a

point of coordination

between customers and housemaids during selection and interview stages Assess and clearly explain the

strengths and limitations (pros & cons)

of each housemaid to customers Ensure smooth

coordination with internal departments

to complete processes on time Prepare and submit

daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Provide timely responses to

customer queries and follow-ups

, ensuring high customer satisfaction Maintain proper records and documentation of customer interactions and service status

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong

marketing and customer conversion skills

Excellent

communication, negotiation, and convincing ability

Experience in

customer handling and grievance management

Ability to multitask and handle

time-sensitive customer requirements

Good coordination and follow-up skills Proficient in

report preparation

and basic computer skills Ability to work under pressure and manage customer expectations professionally Should speak, write and read both English and Arabic mandatory Only Female candidates. Age below 35years

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in

TADBEER / domestic worker services

is highly preferred Familiarity with

online interview platforms

and customer coordination Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Working Hours & Shift Schedule

The position is a

shift-based role

One (1) weekly day off

will be provided

Duty hours:

9 hours per day,

including 1-hour break

Weekdays (Monday to Friday):

Center working hours:

8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Shifts will be scheduled within this time frame

One shift per week

will be from

1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday):

Center working hours:

8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

If duty is required, shift may be from

11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Shift schedules will be assigned as per

operational requirements
