Analyze business requirements, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Develop and document system requirements, specifications, and designs to support business needs and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design, configure, and test system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives.
Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users and IT teams during system implementation, integration, and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or related roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in system analysis tools and techniques.
