About The Job
Solve IT support requests from personnel. Clear the employee queries regarding the desktop system. Gather and analyze data to diagnose the issues regarding the systems Modification of configurations or settings in regards to fix computer issues Generating sign-ins for new employees during the onboarding process Installing new software and hardware drivers and update existing ones as needed Provide proper information to the employees in regards of their service requests Logging of all requests regarding services and update the tickets as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Education:
