'System Administrator ' Urgently required for a reputed Software Company in Oman Country. Salary & Perks: 1200 Salary + 2 way ticket with family+ 30 days paid leave + Other benefits Position: Systems Administrator

Description of duties and responsibilities: · Manage Hutchison Ports Sohar IT and OT Datacenters, Infrastructure, Servers, Storage and Cloud environment. · Ensure confidentiality, integrity and 24x7 availability for business. · Self-learner and motivated · Handle pressure and effectively response on critical situation · Monitor systems performance to ensure security and availability to the users. Analyze and isolate the issues. Ensure 24x7 availability of systems. · Assist Team Lead - IT Infrastructure in network related projects and tasks. · Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services. · Maintain network servers such as Active Directory servers, file servers, VPN gateways, end point security and encryption systems; and mobile device management system. · Train IT Service Desk staff to ensure their knowledge upkeep about the IT Systems environment. · Identify the end user devices, software licenses and other IT related requirements and plan the procurement. · Manage Data center Infrastructure, Servers, UPS and other devices · Hands on experience on Storage and SAN switches · Familiar with Azure environment · Familiar with NIST, CIS best practices and consider secure things by design · Respond to 2nd Level Help Desk calls and planned work requests. To manage such items through to resolution or escalate them to another member of the team within SLA targets. · Ensure that technology assets are managed and supported in accordance with policies and procedures defined in Information Security Management System and Service Management System. · Perform Information Security tasks and responsibilities and follow the information security practices as set by Hutchison Ports Sohar information security policy. · Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments · Maintain backup server, configure and test the backups, ensure that the backups are running on time and without affecting operations. · Maintain Hutchison Ports Email system and ensure the optimum use of licenses. · Manage all systems related projects. · Support other IT teams in their project whenever required.

Description of the incumbent: · At least 5 years of experience as Systems Administrator or similar role in a medium to large organization. · Bachelor's Degree in information technology or relevant discipline · Hands-on work experiences on Windows Active Directory, System Center, Backup Exec, Solar Winds, End Point security and encryption, Azure. DCIM, Infrastructure, UPS, SAN Storage and switches. · Advantage Hold one or more of the above technologies Qualifications/Certifications
