Windows Hello for Business
Deploy and troubleshootGroup Policy Objects (GPOs)
Add/removeDNS records

per IT staff requests Troubleshoot synchronization issues inEntra ID

Endpoint Security & Device Management
Administer and troubleshoot:
Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS)
Microsoft Intune
System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Microsoft Purview
Troubleshoot failed deployments viaConfiguration Manager
DeployDAT/engine updates
usingePolicy Orchestrator (ePO)
Triage performance issues related tosecurity policies
orDAT updates
Maintain and updateData Loss Prevention (DLP)
policies Manage whitelist requests for DLP exceptionsMessaging & Collaboration
Support and maintain:
Microsoft Exchange Online
Microsoft Teams
OneDrive for Business
Investigate mail-flow issues usingMessage Trace
TroubleshootTeams/Webex
meeting join and quality issues usingCall Quality Dashboard (CQD)
andCall Analytics
Validate and resolve issues with duplicate OneDrive data in thePreservation Hold Library
Remote Access
Support and troubleshoot:
Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
Windows Terminal Services (Remote Desktop Services)
Diagnose session launch issues usingCitrix Director
andCitrix Studio logs
Respond to and resolveRDP connection failures
Cross-Cutting Operational Duties
Track and coordinate
patch management
across all Windows systems Act as thequeue manager
for incidents, requests, and tasks Identify and proposeprocess improvements
Maintain and updatedocumentation
related to system architecture and configurationImmediate Joiners
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: QAR11,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
