Job Description
We are hiring a
System Operator
with hands-on experience in theAutomotive Industry
. The ideal candidate must have prior experience as aService Advisor
and strong knowledge ofMass Garage Software
.Key Responsibilities:
Operate and manage the Mass Garage Software system. Create and manage accurate job cards with all required details. Enter correct information related to vehicles, services, and parts into the system. Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and operations team for smooth workflow. Maintain records and generate reports as required. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry and job tracking.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry (Service Advisor background preferred). Strong knowledge of
Mass Garage Software
. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Immediate joiners preferred.Salary:
