Job Description

We are looking for a System Integration Engineer who will be responsible for managing different research and development projects in the area of Communication intelligence, spectrum monitoring and Direction finding. Job responsibilities:

• Managing the full product development lifecycle from idea, requirements, system architecture, prototyping, design, implementation, qualification, verification, testing, and qualification
• Define and lead the system and software architecture for the products under his responsibility
• Support the CTOs in preparing, planning, and executing the R&D roadmap for the next 3-4 years
• Product management - high level planning, budgeting, and daily follow up
• Providing potential clients technical support and expertise in the field of signal intelligence

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED20,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

• Must have solid people management and coaching experience - as direct management as well as matrix management
