Key Responsibilities

Participate in the implementation and deployment of enterprise systems across both Windows and Linux environments. Support DevOps-related activities in collaboration with software development teams. Provide day-to-day operations support including incident troubleshooting, system tuning, patching, and upgrades. Handle on-call support and ticket-based incidents to ensure service continuity. Assist with integration and administration of Microsoft services such as SharePoint and OneDrive. Communicate effectively with global teams and end users in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in system administration or IT operations. Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration; working knowledge of Linux systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu). Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services, particularly OneDrive and SharePoint. Familiar with infrastructure monitoring tools such as

Zabbix

,

Prometheus

, or equivalents. Exposure to DevOps tools and practices such as

Gitlab

,

Jenkins

,

Docker

or other container technologies is highly desirable. Skilled in desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11; macOS). Experience with remote desktop solutions, ticketing systems, and understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). Fluent in written and spoken English, capable of reading technical documentation and handling professional communication. Strong analytical skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Capabilities:

Familiar with iManage Document management system Arabic language skills Experience in hybrid cloud or on-prem/cloud integration projects Certification(s) preferred (but not mandatory): Microsoft Certified Microsoft 365 Certified ITIL Foundation CompTIA Linux+ iManage work certified
