Experience: 5+ Years
UAE Driving license: Mandatory Requirement:
"Must be a certified VMware professional"
Proven technical experience with enterprise virtualization technologies (VMWare & Hyper-V).
Have experience in Installation, Configuration, Migration & Troubleshooting VMware & VSAN (v6.x /v7.x)
Experience in backup and recovery solutions of VMs (Veaam)
Hands on experience with HPE Servers (ProLiant's), SAN Appliances (MSA & Nimble) and NAS devices with the VMWare and Hyper-V infrastructure.
Experience in level 1 troubleshooting (VMWare vSphere and VSAN) along with Microsoft Hyper-V.
Support of virtualized hardware, software systems and solutions supplied by the company to customers, as well as used-in-house.
Able to efficiently execute project within the prescribed timelines with focus on customer satisfaction.
Handle projects execution with all necessary documents (Scope of Work, Implementation plan UAT, etc.).
Training sub-ordinates, preparation and updating of customer technical files.
Assist Accounts manager in the Pre-Sales support and product/solution demos.
Keeping up-to-date with IT industry innovations and undergoing continuous training.
Maintaining a liaison with manufacturer's technical support
Research and development on new products and technologies introduced by the company and preparation of demos.
Organizing site surveys, and meetings with concerned people at customer sites Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
