1. Site Inspection, site installations and Customer/Custodian training
Inspect site for ATM installation
Make sure site meets ATM requirements
Install ATM as per bank requirements
Train customer/custodian on how to use new ATM
2. ATM handler Hardware & software support
Attend to service calls within agreed SLA times.
Provide technical service for hardware and software on-site.
Provide technical phone support service for CIT and custodians.
Analyze and diagnose ATM/Cheque handler faults.
Prevent repeated failures, increase first time fixes.
Increase uptime
3. Perform ATM Preventive maintenance as per PM plan
Ensure all assigned PM work is done within required timeframe.
Coordinate with service desk and CIT for PM appointment times.
Perform preventative maintenance as per Wincor standards.
Test ATM after PM work ensure no faults with the ATM.
4. Coordinate with logistics department to help maintain spare parts
Track spare part consumption.
Ensure spare parts forms are completed.
Inform logistics of shortage/faulty parts.
5. Coordinate & communicate for service calls
Coordinate with service desk and team leader on availability.
Arrange service call times within SLA.
Update service desk on call progress/resolution.
Communicate to team leader any difficulties/delays faced in the field.
Ensure all assigned service calls are updated correctly.
6. Workshop repair and other duties
Perform workshop repairs on spare parts meeting supplier standards.
Prepare and inspect new ATMs.
Participate in project roll outs.
Qualifications
Full ATM knowledge on both hardware and software
The role is advisory coordinating with internal employees, team members etc.
The level of decision making responsibility/authority varies on project to project basis.
