The System Controller - ERP System will be responsible for overseeing the effective implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the company's ERP system. This role ensures seamless integration across all departments, provides technical support, and enhances system efficiency to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP systems within a manufacturing environment, particularly in food and beverage packaging. Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance. Manage user access, roles, and security within the ERP system. Ensure system integrity, accuracy, and efficiency by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting issues. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP functionalities for production, inventory, sales, and finance operations. Analyze business processes and recommend ERP system enhancements. Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline operations using ERP tools. Assist in ERP module customization and configuration based on business needs. Maintain data accuracy and consistency across the ERP system. Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making processes. Develop dashboards and KPIs for real-time monitoring of key business activities. Assist in ERP system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features. Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors for system integrations with other business applications. Monitor ERP performance and proactively address potential system issues. Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in ERP system administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the food & beverage packaging industry is a plus. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ERP software (SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems). Strong understanding of database management and SQL queries. Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data migration processes. Soft Skills:
