Role Purpose:

Guarantee best possible performance for logistics systems by understanding the operational, control tower and system flows, and facilitate the interaction between them by designing, developing and introducing new solutions and procedures.

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Provide the needed tools, presentation and training for people to be aware of new features, or options in logistics systems
Develops installation and rollout plans for Business Unit technologies and ensures plans are met in terms of enhancements / cost reductions
Design new solution to address the operational issue, prepare the testing scenarios and documentation
Analyse existing systems, managing the risks related to finance and operation
Effective project planning across technical and functional team
Act as the liaison between the business partners and supply chain digitization department to provide business critical or complex technical solutions that meet business user needs and improve business performance by providing the technical analysis of business requirements, problem solving and troubleshooting as part of a larger project team
Design, build, test and maintain enablers of business processes, including technology and process solutions with a focus on medium to high complexity, multiple large application business processes and/or business relationships
Collaborate with Application Leads and work closely with business teams to understand the business landscape, current and upcoming requirements conceptualize and present optimal solutions
Provides support for individual business units and projects that cross business lines
Maintains routine communications regarding business plans with senior executives, operational leadership.
Provides support in post-deployment phase to ensure feedback from business is addressed
Works with business owners and operations to review suggestions, system enhancements and processes issues
Develop training and support program for global business processes and workflows
Document business processes and system features to be proposed to users

Functional/Technical Competencies

  • Work on supply chain related field for more than 5 years
  • Can build, understand, debug custom rest/soap APIs
  • Work on reporting services and engines
  • Understand SQL
  • Good in mathematics and strong problem-solving skills
