Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled

IT Systems Analyst

to support and enhance our fleet operations through

AI, telematics, ERP systems

, and

business intelligence

. The role involves developing

Power BI dashboards

, maintaining ERP functionality, analyzing telematics data, and delivering clear, visual reports and presentations. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and vendors to drive efficiency, support digital transformation, and provide actionable insights through advanced technology and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

AI, Telematics & Fleet Systems

Support the deployment and optimization of AI-driven solutions for predictive maintenance, route optimization, and fleet analytics. Manage GPS tracking, Mobile Data Terminals (MDTs), and IoT-based telematics systems. Analyze AI and telematics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities. Integrate telematics data into ERP and fleet platforms to streamline operations.

Business Intelligence, Reporting & Dashboards

Design, develop, and maintain

Power BI dashboards

and

automated reports

to support fleet operations, maintenance, and driver performance tracking. Consolidate data from multiple systems (ERP, AI, telematics) into clear, actionable insights. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting outputs.

Presentation & Communication

Prepare professional

PowerPoint presentations

for internal reviews, management updates, and external meetings. Use internal tools (such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and communication platforms) to document, present, and communicate findings. Create visually engaging slides that translate technical data into business-friendly visuals.

System Analysis & Process Improvement

Act as a bridge between operations and IT by gathering requirements and translating them into system solutions. Conduct workflow analysis and propose technical enhancements to improve service efficiency. Document processes, pain points, and system recommendations for various stakeholders.

ERP Support & Maintenance

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the company's

current ERP system

, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments. Assist in user access management, report customization, data validation, and integration with external systems. Troubleshoot ERP-related issues, coordinate with vendors for technical support, and ensure timely resolution. Participate in ERP enhancement projects and provide training or documentation when needed.

Pay: From AED6,500.00 per month
