C3EL is seeking a System Administrator Tier II Support to join our team in Bahrain. In this role, you'll provide advanced administration, troubleshooting, and support for enterprise-level systems and networks. You'll ensure the stability, security, and performance of critical infrastructure by applying updates, monitoring server health, and leveraging enterprise management tools. As a key member of our technical team, you'll help maintain seamless operations while ensuring compliance with DoD standards and security requirements.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Possess expert-level knowledge in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Windows Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Domain Name Service (DNS). Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, including Windows Server 2008(R2) and Windows Server 2003. Strong experience in the deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange environments, specifically Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2010. Working knowledge of backup solutions, including Symantec Backup Exec and NetApp SIPR/NIPR Access Point (SNAP) Manager. Skilled in assessing and applying vendor security patches and updates. Proficient with enterprise storage technologies such as Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS). Experience with server performance optimization and use of monitoring tools. Competent in utilizing server configuration and management platforms, including Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). Solid network troubleshooting capabilities and foundational networking knowledge. Capable of producing clear and detailed technical documentation. Familiar with developing and executing action plans for both planned and unplanned changes to network infrastructure.

one (1)

of the following required certifications: CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CISSA, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP. Minimum of

three (3)

years of hands-on experience in Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2003 systems administration. Minimum of

two (2)

years of experience in a military environment. Able to travel to support mission up to 10%.
