Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities: . Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and other Microsoft-based systems. . Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. . Maintain system security and integrity by applying security updates and monitoring logs. . Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and permissions. . Manage cisco Routers and Switches. . Provide technical support for end users and assist with the resolution of technical issues. . Participate in the planning and implementation of new systems and infrastructure. . Manage and maintain backups and disaster recovery plans. . Document systems and procedures for future reference. . Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across teams and with ASH employees . Measure service satisfaction levels Qualifications: . Bachelor Computer Science degree . Excellent software knowledge, including Microsoft products . Excellent knowledge of networking protocols and components . Knowledge of hardware, such as cabling (fiber and wire), wireless products and desktop systems . Professional experience: . Minimum 3 years in similar position If interested please Drop your CV
