Job Description
Platform, office 365 and AWS cloud.
Systems Administrators with more than 2 years of experience in Microsoft platform, office 365 and AWS cloud.
Responsible for servers' administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and security.
Managing virtualization technologies and storage systems.
Design and implement new system environment.
Implementing backup.
Monitoring and optimizing database performance.
Maintaining documentation of Servers & database configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Keep track of software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements.
Generating and maintaining KPI reports for Server and Databases and maintain100% Application & system availability.
IT Procurement and Vendor Management to related devices and equipment.
Skills & Qualifications
AWS engineer Certified, Microsoft platform & Office 365 Administrator Certified Should be able to effectively communicate in English and Arabic (both written and verbal) Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, related field At least 3 years of experience as system admin on Microsoft platform and AWS clouding Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify the root cause of problems, Asset Tracking and Recording, Procurement and Acquisition, Inventory Audits and Reconciliation, Documentation and Reporting. Professional certification on Microsoft platform and AWS clouding
