Job Description
Installation, administration, and operation of Computing, Storage and Backup systems and ensures its reliability and maintenance. . implements, maintains, and operates Computing, Storage and Backup hardware and software. . Perform daily monitoring and management of all backup related activities, including executing restore jobs, troubleshooting failed jobs, and initiating corrective action . Perform diagnosis, troubleshoot, and conduct root-cause analysis for any issues escalated on the computing, storage, and backup platforms . Create and provide reports for backup and storage environments, related activities, and tasks . Participate in the building, installation, configuration and testing of servers, storage, and backup infrastructure for new use, upgrades, or lifecycle replacement . Oversees the preventive and corrective maintenance of systems . Suggest improvements to performance, capacity, and scalabilit
