We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Administrator with a strong background in network engineering, server management, and VoIP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing our network and server infrastructure, while also supporting deployment and day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Administration & Security

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls (OPNsense, pfSense).
Maintain and optimize LAN/WAN networks, including routing, VLANs, and VPNs.
Oversee wireless networks including Access Points, controllers, and switches.
Monitor network performance and implement improvements to ensure high availability.
Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and NAT configurations.
Ensure network security through firewall rules, intrusion prevention, and updates.

2. Server & Systems Management

Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian).
Manage server deployments, backups, and user access controls.
Oversee application hosting, web servers (Apache/Nginx), and database servers (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

3. VoIP & Communication Systems

Set up, configure, and maintain Asterisk or FreePBX servers.
Manage SIP trunking, extensions, call routing, and IVR configurations.
Monitor call quality, troubleshoot VoIP-related issues, and optimize performance.

4. IT Operations & Support

Provide technical support for internal teams and resolve network/server issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.

5. Administrative & Management Skills

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Coordinate with management and vendors for IT-related projects and support.
Capable of learning new technologies quickly and adapting to dynamic environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, NAT, DNS, DHCP).
Hands-on experience with firewalls, Access Points, and network hardware.
Proficiency in Linux system administration and server hosting.
Experience with Asterisk/FreePBX or similar VoIP systems.
Basic knowledge of scripting (Bash/Python) for automation.
Strong communication skills in
