As System Administrator, we rely on you to:
Ensure PMS and POS and other systems are working effectively without unplanned downtime.
Assist internal and external guests with IT & Internet related queries.
Maintain and troubleshoot printers, network & PC issues.
Create and maintain systems users ID.
Liaise with vendors & IT personnel for any application and hardware related issues.
Assist the Assistant IT Manager & IT Supervisor during the shift.
Provide essential training to end users to better assist our external guests.
Equipment tracking to prevent loss of existing IT assets.
Maintain an up-to-date Asset inventory of hardware and software installed in the hotel
Maintain a log of all major system activities.
Manage, maintain, and protect backup of company data
Execution on IT daily checklist and daily IT operation tasks
We are looking for someone who has:
2 years' experience as IT System Administrator or a similar capacity in a 5 stars property.
Certification/Diploma in Computer Studies.
Good communication skills and is fluent in oral and written English language.
A pleasant and cheerful personality and can work with a multinational team.
Ability to work different shifts and can work as per hotel operational needs and requirements.
