. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models and detailed drawings for swimming pool design, MEP coordination, and construction documentation using Revit and other BIM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage
3D BIM models
for swimming pool systems including piping, filtration, drainage, and MEP integration.
Collaborate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams to ensure coordinated and clash-free designs.
Generate
shop drawings, isometric views, sections, and BOQs
from the BIM model.
Support
design review meetings
and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Apply
BIM execution plans (BEP)
and adhere to project standards and protocols.
Perform
clash detection
using tools such as Navisworks and communicate issues with design teams.
Maintain BIM documentation, model libraries, and drawing records.
Provide technical support to site teams when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Degree in
Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural Engineering
or related discipline.
2-5 years of experience
as a BIM Modeler, preferably in swimming pools, water features, or MEP systems.
Proficient in
Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
, and BIM 360.
Knowledge of
swimming pool plumbing and filtration systems
is a must.
Experience working with
construction drawings, IFC, and shop drawings
.
Good understanding of
construction and installation processes
related to pools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
