Job Description

We are hiring an experienced

Pool Technician

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have

strong knowledge of swimming pool systems

, good work ethic, and be able to handle both routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:



Perform

water testing

and ensure proper

chemical dosing

(chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.) Operate and maintain

filtration systems

, pumps, and motors Carry out

vacuuming, brushing, tile scrubbing

, and

backwash procedures

Clean and maintain

skimmer baskets, suction lines

, and

overflow drains

Inspect and clean

filters, strainers, and pump baskets

Identify and report any leaks, cracks, or equipment issues Coordinate with electricians and plumbers for repair support Maintain accurate

service records/logbooks

Assist in pool openings, closings, and new pool start-ups

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the pool area Guide junior cleaners/helpers during servicing (if assigned)

Requirements:



Minimum

3-5 years of experience

as a Pool Technician Strong knowledge of

pool cleaning equipment

and

chemical safety

Able to work independently and manage daily service schedules Experience in

residential and commercial pools

is preferred

Driving license is a plus

(preferred but not mandatory) Must be

physically fit and willing to work outdoors
