We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Swimming Pool & Landscape Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive experience in all aspects of swimming pool construction, from inception to completion, as well as expertise in landscape work. This role requires proficiency in various construction tasks including blockwork, waterproofing, steelwork, masonry, and civil work. Additionally, experience in electromechanical work, water features, and fountains is highly desirable. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of swimming pool construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines. Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Perform skilled construction tasks including blockwork, waterproofing, steelwork, masonry, and civil work as required. Interpret and apply construction drawings and specifications accurately. Install and troubleshoot electromechanical systems related to swimming pools and water features. Execute landscape work including tile fixing, irrigation network installation, and other civil tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment. Drive company vehicles as needed to transport materials and equipment to job sites. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in swimming pool construction, including blockwork, waterproofing, steelwork, and masonry. Experience in electromechanical work, water features, and fountains is highly desirable. 4 years of experience in landscape work, including tile fixing, irrigation network installation, and civil tasks. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Valid manual driving license. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Experience:
