Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and reliable

Swimming Pool Filtration & Machinery Technician

to handle the operation, maintenance, and repair of swimming pool systems across our real estate properties. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of pool filtration equipment, pumps, and chemical balancing, with hands-on experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, inspect, and maintain

swimming pool filtration systems

, pumps, motors, filters, and associated machinery. Perform routine

cleaning, backwashing, and servicing

of pool filters (sand, cartridge, or DE filters). Monitor and maintain proper

water quality

, including chlorine levels, pH balance, and chemical dosing. Diagnose and repair faults in pool equipment such as pumps, valves, heaters, controllers, and pipelines. Conduct

preventive maintenance

to ensure continuous and safe pool operation. Identify equipment issues early and recommend repairs or replacements when required. Ensure swimming pools comply with

UAE health, safety, and municipality regulations

. Maintain accurate

maintenance logs, service reports, and chemical usage records

. Coordinate with maintenance supervisors and property management for scheduled servicing and emergency repairs. Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of pool chemicals and equipment. Respond promptly to breakdowns, leaks, or water quality complaints. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in pool plant rooms and surrounding areas.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a swimming pool technician, preferably in the

UAE

. Strong knowledge of

pool filtration systems, pumps, motors, chemical dosing systems, and plumbing

. Experience working with

residential or commercial swimming pools

. Understanding of

water chemistry

and safety procedures. Ability to read basic technical diagrams and equipment manuals. Physically fit and able to work outdoors and in plant rooms. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical diploma or certification in pool maintenance, mechanical, or electrical fields. UAE experience in

real estate, hotels, or facilities management

. Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems.
