The right candidate will be responsible for designing custom pools and water features, ensuring optimal functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with safety standards. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, creative design, and hands-on project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design custom swimming pools and water features for luxury villas.
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and MEP teams to align pool designs with overall villa aesthetics.
Prepare technical drawings, hydraulic schematics, and detailed 3D renderings.
Select materials, finishes, and equipment based on budget, design, and quality.
Ensure pool systems (filtration, plumbing, lighting, automation) are integrated efficiently.
Supervise construction, installation, and testing of swimming pools on-site.
Ensure all projects comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material submittals.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience designing pools for luxury villas.
Proven track record in high-end residential or interior fit-out projects.
Strong understanding of waterproofing, structural design, and MEP integration.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Pool Studio, SketchUp, or similar 3D design tools.
Excellent site supervision and coordination skills.
Knowledge of international pool safety and construction standards.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
