Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and motivating

Swimming Coach

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching swimming techniques, developing training programs, and fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct swimming lessons or training sessions for various age groups and abilities. Teach proper swimming techniques, breathing methods, and water safety. Develop individualized and group training plans to improve performance and endurance. Monitor and assess swimmers' progress and provide constructive feedback. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere for all participants. Maintain accurate attendance and performance records. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and facility management. Enforce all pool safety rules and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a swimming coach, instructor, or lifeguard. Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and training methods. Certification in swimming instruction (e.g., ASCA, STA, or equivalent). Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification (preferred). Excellent communication and motivational skills.
