The Role

Job description:

A established Health Club in Dubai is looking to hire a Lifeguard / Swimming Coach Philippine. This is a salary, plus commission-based full-time job, offering employment visas, medical insurance, over-time, annual paid time off, and other benefits. Commission on swimming lesson conducted is up to 60% (depending on performance towards targets). Rotating Shifts - 6 days a week.



Requirements

Life Guard / Swimming Coach Requirements:

Valid Lifeguard Certification is a must. Certification in Swimming is a must. Understand of pool maintenance. Excellent lifesaving skills. Comfortable selling swimming lesson packages to members. Enjoy meeting people, can deliver great customer service & maintain a good rapport with members. Possess strong positive, motivational, & interpersonal skills. Communicate effectively and have command of the English language. Strong work ethics, confident & professional. Self-starter & hold strong organizational skills. Flexible to work in the required hours. Can work towards targets. Good admin skills and knowledge of Microsoft Works. Disciplined, hardworking & trustworthy. Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
