Strong knowledge of different swimming strokes and techniques
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Certification as a Swim Coach from a recognized governing body
Ability to work well with individuals of all ages and skill levels
Current lifeguard certification is preferred
Ability to prioritize safety and enforce pool rules
Responsible for the safety of kids in the water and teaching them how to swim and become water-safe
Accomodation, tickets to Qatar and holiday tickets provided. Work Visa will be provided by company.
