Leads a team of Workshop Technicians in a work center located at a single shop facility to ensure that production and performance commitments are fulfilled.

Responsible for production performance of assigned shift to ensure adherence to published schedules and delivery requirements. Determines manufacturing priorities based on established weekly production schedules and makes daily assignments. Resolves technician issues and conflicts and acts as a catalyst to provide technicians with everything needed to complete work. Coordinates the intervention of support services (maintenance, quality, methods, etc.) within the Production unit. Interprets specifications and makes judgments about the acceptability of production that is in process. Implements departmental safety programs to ensure safety of employees working in the area. Ensures process documentation and employees comply with approved procedures, processes, and standards. You are meant for this job if:

High school diploma or Bachelor in Engineering, preferably Mechanical / Petroleum. Proficiency to read, interpret, and evaluate the accuracy of drawings and technical documentation in assembly. Knowledge/use of integrated systems, complex equipment, tools, and techniques.
