Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Emirati Sustainability Executive to support the Group's sustainability and ESG strategy, "Dare Today, Change Tomorrow." Based in Dubai, this role plays a key part in driving the company's sustainability goals, managing ESG reporting, and supporting impactful environmental and social initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice President of Technical Services, Project Delivery, and Sustainability to implement projects that strengthen MAF Entertainment's long-term commitment to sustainability and positive community impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Majid Al Futtaim's sustainability and ESG strategy through data collection, research, and coordination with internal teams.
• Assist in implementing sustainability initiatives related to energy efficiency, waste reduction, and community engagement.
• Monitor and report sustainability metrics, including carbon emissions, utilities, and green building certifications such as LEED and WELL.
• Contribute to internal and external ESG reports, including the annual sustainability report and award submissions.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to identify and apply global best practices in sustainability.
• Engage with government entities, NGOs, and community partners to promote social and environmental initiatives.
• Track sustainability targets, analyze data trends, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with governance practices and sustainability standards across departments.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0-1 years of professional experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility, or environmental projects.
• Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks such as GRI, CDP, and UN SDGs.
• Basic knowledge of green building and certification programs like LEED or WELL.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Passionate about environmental protection, social responsibility, and long-term sustainable development.
