Job Description

Job Summary



We are looking for a skilled

Surveyor

to support the residential building projects in

Dubai

. The candidate must have

strong UAE construction surveying experience

, including

taking coordinates, levels, and setting out works

.

Key Responsibilities



Site Surveying & Layout:

Conduct accurate site surveys, take

coordinates, levels, and measurements

, and establish control points for construction activities.

Setting Out Works:

Mark and verify building grids, column positions, floor levels, and alignments according to approved drawings and specifications.

Coordination with Design & Construction Teams:

Provide accurate survey data to Project Manager and Project Engineer to ensure proper execution.

Topographic & As-Built Surveys:

Prepare survey records, as-built drawings, and contour maps for project planning and progress monitoring.

Equipment Operation:

Operate total stations, GPS, theodolites, laser levels, and other survey instruments. Ensure instruments are calibrated and maintained.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate survey logs, drawings, and daily reports; submit to Project Engineer/Project Manager.

Quality & Accuracy:

Verify measurements for precision and compliance with project specifications and

DM requirements

.

Candidate Requirements



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

preferred.

Minimum 5 years UAE experience

in building construction surveying.

Proficiency in

Total Station, GPS, Theodolite, Laser Level, AutoCAD

for surveying and layout work.

Strong understanding of

construction layout, coordinates, levels, and measurements

.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Transport and accommodation provided

(company camp).
