Conduct site inspections and assist in preparing building condition reports
Support defect diagnosis and recommend remedial actions
Assist in preparing schedules of condition, dilapidation reports, and reinstatement cost assessments
Collaborate on refurbishment and maintenance specifications
Liaise with clients, contractors, and planning authorities
Maintain accurate records and support workflow automation in Excel and Word
Proven experience in building condition assessment, cost estimation, and consulting.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
