Surveyor Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, etc.)
Mark and delineate boundaries and reference points on construction projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of site plans.
Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, maps, and legal documentation.
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
Monitor construction activities to ensure they align with the surveyed boundaries and elevations.
Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements:
Diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry.
Proficient in surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level) and related software (AutoCAD).
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
