Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated surveyor to join our Commercial Valuation team in Abu Dhabi. This is a delivery-focused role with responsibility for undertaking valuations across a broad range of commercial and mixed-use assets throughout the UAE.


Working with leading banks, developers, investors and other institutional clients, you will support the preparation of high-quality reports that inform lending decisions, investment strategy, and portfolio management. The role offers exposure to complex instructions and a collaborative environment where technical rigour and local market knowledge are highly valued. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and valuations of commercial properties across Abu Dhabi, applying local market knowledge and expertise. Provide market-driven advice on a wide range of commercial property types. Reach firm, and justifiable conclusions on property values for all assignments. Prepare detailed valuation reports and present clear, concise advice to clients. Develop and utilise models using Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer. Liaise directly with clients to ensure consistently high-quality advice and service delivery. Take ownership of instructions executing tasks with minimal supervision. Manage multiple assignments efficiently meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy. Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty. Collaborate with senior team members on high-profile projects. Support business development efforts to drive team growth and revenue. Work closely with other departments to stay updated on market trends and explore cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

2-3 years of experience in commercial property valuations, preferably within the Abu Dhabi real estate market. AssocRICS or MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status. Comprehensive understanding of valuation regulations and relevant legislation. In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market is essential. Proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer is desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Valid UAE driving licence and available vehicle.

Sensitivity to working in a multicultural environment and understanding the local business culture.
