Land Surveyor

Infrastructure Utilities & Landscaping

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to support infrastructure utility and landscaping construction projects. The Surveyor will be responsible for setting out works, verifying levels, and ensuring accurate alignment of services such as irrigation, drainage, electrical, and landscaping elements in accordance with design drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct topographical and as-built surveys using total station and GPS equipment. Set out reference points and alignment for excavation, utilities, and landscaping works. Cross-check design drawings with site conditions and report discrepancies. Collaborate with the site engineer and CAD team to update survey data and shop drawings. Ensure survey data is accurately documented and submitted for inspection and approvals. Monitor ongoing site works to ensure alignment and elevation are maintained. Assist in preparing daily survey reports and as-built documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in infrastructure or landscape projects. Proficient in Total Station, AutoCAD, and surveying software. Knowledge of utilities (stormwater, sewer, irrigation, electrical) layout. Attention to detail and ability to work independently on-site.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
