Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and allocate survey teams, equipment, and other resources based on project timelines and requirements.
Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to forecast survey needs.
Develop and maintain a resource allocation matrix across multiple projects and regions.
Monitor resource utilization and suggest adjustments to meet project demands.
Maintain inventory of survey equipment and ensure timely calibration, maintenance, and availability.
Track survey team productivity and performance, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Prepare reports on survey resource availability, mobilization, and usage.
Assist in preparing survey execution plans and manpower histograms.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related discipline.
3+ years of experience in survey planning, resource coordination, or related engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of surveying workflows, tools, and equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, drones, 3D scanners).
