Job Description
Survey Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all surveying activities on civil engineering projects, including land development, infrastructure, and construction works. The role includes planning survey operations, leading a team of surveyors, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating with engineering and construction teams to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage
survey teams
across multiple civil engineering projects. Plan and executesurvey schedules, resource allocation, and equipment management
. Supervise and verifytopographic, boundary, layout, and as-built surveys
. Ensure all surveys comply withproject specifications, engineering standards, and local regulations
. Review and approvesurvey data, CAD drawings, and reports
. Maintainquality control
and ensuresurvey data accuracy and completeness
. Managesurvey documentation
, including field notes, reports, and digital data files. Oversee themaintenance and calibration
of survey equipment. Train and mentor junior surveyors and ensure theirtechnical development
. Ensure compliance withhealth, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
on site.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Surveying
. Minimum5-10 years of experience
, includingleadership experience
in civil surveying projects. Strong command ofsurvey instruments
(Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Digital Level, 3D Scanner, Drone, GPR etc). Proficiency inAutoCAD, Civil 3D
, and survey software (e.g.,Trimble, Leica, or Topcon
platforms). In-depth understanding ofgeospatial data management
, coordinate systems, and civil construction workflows. Strongleadership, planning, and team coordination
skills. Excellent communication andproblem-solving abilities

UAE driving license
