Key Responsibilities:

Install, operate, and maintain surface well testing equipment (e.g., separators, heaters, flow lines, sand filters). Ensure proper rig-up and rig-down procedures in accordance with safety and operational standards. Monitor test data and equipment performance during flow back and testing operations. Record and report accurate well test results including pressure, temperature, flow rates, and fluid volumes. Conduct equipment checks, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance. Adhere to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and other crew members during test operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or technical certification (preferred). Previous experience in well testing or related oilfield operations. Knowledge of surface pressure control equipment and flow measurement systems. Strong understanding of oilfield safety practices. Ability to work in remote, physically demanding environments, often on a rotational schedule. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
