Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption
Answers the telephone if necessary.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the person's concern.
Assisting office staff as requested.
Assists in office tasks required by the office staff; like photocopying documents, delivering files and documents to other staff members, dispatching documents, etc.
Inspects and turns on Air Conditioning and Multimedia and prepare it for use.
Repairs small problems and maintain fresh environment.
Maintains the cleanliness of the offices and whole facility
REQUIREMENTS
Required SSLC/PLUS TWO.
With good communication and office skills.
