Job Description

  • Clean the office at the start of the day.
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff & Visitors.
  • Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption
  • Answers the telephone if necessary.
  • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
  • Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the person's concern.
  • Assisting office staff as requested.
  • Assists in office tasks required by the office staff; like photocopying documents, delivering files and documents to other staff members, dispatching documents, etc.
  • Inspects and turns on Air Conditioning and Multimedia and prepare it for use.
  • Repairs small problems and maintain fresh environment.
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the offices and whole facility
REQUIREMENTS
  • Required SSLC/PLUS TWO.
  • With good communication and office skills.
