Provide technical assistance, trouble shooting, Diagnose resolve issues , ensure proper functioning of WMS to optimize warehouse operation ,System configuration and maintenance ,system integration checking.
User training , Provide technical assistance, trouble shooting, Diagnose resolve issues , ensure proper functioning of WMS to optimize warehouse operation ,System configuration and maintenance ,system integration checking, problem reporting and escalation, ticket creation , stock count setups, problem solving skills , Good communication skill
Qualifications
Degree in Information technology, Additional certification SQL, Oracle
