Must-Have:
- 6+ years of experience in Support Services Engineering (NOC Operation)
- Skilled in monitoring and managing the DC, NOC, virtualization, and cloud environment
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science/engineering or related discipline
- Technical Certifications/ Studies in the area of VMware and Hyper-V, CompTIA (Server+, Network+, Security+), CCNA, CCNP, SolarWinds, ManageEngine
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification
- Arabic Native preferred
