Funciones"> We are looking to incorporate a Support Servicies Director for our international proyects in Saudi Arabia (Arabia Cluster)The functions to be performed are the following:. Collaborates with others to build partnerships, as well as implement and maintaining services and/or programs. Working under limited supervision using standardized practices and/or methods;managing a department and supervising the use of funds. Utilization of resources from other work units is often required to perform the job's functions.. The Director of Finance & Administration (DFA) is responsible for the financial and administrative business management, for accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, in-housecontrolling, investments, insurance, audit-related activities of the organization. The DFA is responsible as well for establishing effective financial and accounting system standards and controls and for managing the administrative, information technology systems of the... organization.Requisitos. Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. Substantial finance and administrative management experience.. Proven strengths in building and sustaining supportive relationships and persuasively communicating institutional goals and needs. Excellent skills in writing and speaking in English highly preferred.. Prior responsibility for the quality and content of all financial data, reporting and audit coordination for either a division or significant program area.. Outstanding ability to translate financial concepts to and effectively collaborate with programmatic and fundraising colleagues who do not necessarily have finance backgrounds. Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment. Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, professionalism and a commitment to lead by example.. Strong human resource management expertise.. Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to provide leadership to a team and to work in a team environment, and project management experience. Ability to develop, monitor and evaluate multiple projects with multiple deliverables and deadlines.. Strong knowledge of general HR/Finance functions such as group health benefits, expense processes, processing new hires and terminations.
