- ITIL Certification or equivalent.
- Cisco CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience working with various core infrastructure systems
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, desktop applications, Printers, mobile
- Setup, configure and decommission computer hardware.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Basic server and network issue resolution.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software\xe2\x80\x99s.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Operating Systems (Windows 10, 11, MAC OS) and standard Office Software
- Avaya IP Phones & call management system add, modify, move phone extensions
- Mobile device support for Android and iOS devices (client software support).
- Knowledge of Office 365 administration (Desktop Apps, SharePoint, OneDrive,
- Diagnosing / Rectifying Virus attacks by using Anti-Virus Software Tools.
- Troubleshooting of printer and printing issues.
- Deployment, Installation, and implementation of Windows patches
- Conferencing / Video meeting /Projector installation activities & support
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
