Overview

**This position will be physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP**

Under the guidance of the Service Support Manager, the Supply Specialist Lead work within the framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures, or other governing supply management guidelines.

Responsibilities

This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

+ Ensures that all Supply and or Property Section processes and procedures are IAW the performance work statement (PWS), internal operating procedures (IOP), work instructions (WI), Army regulations, DA Pamphlets, Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) and local requirements for the handling, receipt and turn in of supplies and UBL parts and repair parts

+ Identifies and coordinates the turn-in of property for the Directorate

+ Ensures the proper receipt, documentation, processing and delivery of all property

+ Inspects and reviews all incoming property for proper documentation, classification and compliance with Vectrus policy

+ Generates administrative reports for the Lead, Section Supervisor or Manager pertaining to lateral transfers, equipment found on installation (FOI), etc.

+ Ensures proper paper work (DA Form 2407; letters notifications for removal of coolants) is available for all turn in items prior to taking to DRMO for turn-in

+ Ensures items identified for turn in are secured in designated property cage until all transactions are complete

+ Ensures all IMD Directorate 10% monthly cyclic inventory reports are completed and submitted by the suspense date assigned

+ Ensure all supplies are stored and tagged properly IAW pertinent Army Regulations

+ Ensure all GFE equipment is sub-hand receipted down to the end user and signed for prior to issuing

+ Ensure monthly reports, weekly SITREP numbers are submitted to Lead/Supervisor/Manager

+ Perform other duties and assignments as required

Qualifications

+ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

+ High School graduate

+ Graduate of a Military Supply School or equivalent experience is desired

+ Must be a U.S. Citizen

+ Must have experience with Maximo work order system.

+ Must be able to obtain a CAC card.

+ Must be able to obtain a Kuwait Drivers Lic (KDL).

+ DOD Information Assurance Awareness Training

+ Cross Domain Violation Training

+ Fort Gordon Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO)

+ G-Army Certification (Preferred)

+ Experience:

+ 2- 4 years customer service experience

+ Five (5) years' experience in supply operations, property control and property inventory accountability or equivalent.

+ Previous experience in a customer service position and automated processing data information input skills.

+ Prior experience with the US Military or in a Government Contracting environment is desired.

+ Work knowledge of ULLS-S4

+ Maximo experience highly desirable

+ Skills:

+ Capable of effectively communicating technical information in English, both written and verbal.

+ Professional demeanor, work effectively with all levels of employees, including top, middle and other supervisory levels of management.

+ Possess a working knowledge of the Standard Supply System and Operating Procedures.

+ Exercise direction and good judgment; possess high-level organizational and planning skills

+ Must possess an advanced level of computer skills in the use of creating databases, spreadsheets and knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

+ SUPERVISORY/BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Provide oversight and task work to CPC Supply and Property section

+ WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

+ Work is generally conducted in a work center administrative environment.

+ However, duties may occasionally involve working outside with a potential exposure to extreme temperatures.

+ Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas is required.

+ Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices.

+ Normal work week is 48 hours, but may be required to work overtime.

+ PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:

+ May be required to lift, climb, extended sitting or standing, or other physical efforts that are normally required.

+ In addition, visual acuity, hearing and speaking requirements are required.

+ Ability to lift 40 pounds required.
