Job Description
The Supply Lead is responsible for owning unit acquisition targets, leading the Supply Acquisition team, and driving consistent supply growth across assigned areas.
Responsibilities:
Own and deliver unit acquisition targets across assigned areas. Define acquisition priorities, coverage plans, and weekly targets. Act as an escalation point for complex or high-value closures. Ensure consistent pipeline generation and closing discipline. Lead, coach, and performance-manage Supply Acquisition Specialists. Conduct regular pipeline, activity, and closing reviews. Set clear expectations on field activity, outreach, and closures. Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions. Own market coverage and supply expansion by area and category. Identify high-potential zones and supply gaps. Monitor competitor activity and local market dynamics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. * 5+ years of experience in supply management, partnerships, marketplace operations, or a related role.
