Job Title: Supply Chain Positions Location: Tabuk JOB PURPOSE: BAE Systems is the UK Government's nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft and train RSAF personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons. There are a number of exciting opportunities in the Saudi Maintenance and Supply Chain Management Company (SMSCMC). SMSCMC was created as a Saudi Arabian joint venture company co-owned by BAE Systems and local shareholders to deliver KSA industrialisation of supply chain management and thereby support Saudi Vision 2030. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: Physical Logistics - Warehousing, Forward Stores / Back Shops: To provide specialist knowledge in the areas of receipt and dispatch, warehousing, distribution and logistics planning. The coordination of safe receipt, storage, pick, pack, dispatch and transportation activities in order to deliver customer requirements within timescales set. Also coordinates the planning of logistics activity and the resolution of queries/issues through interface with other teams/organisations. Be able to assist in the process map, model and continuously improve the logistics service. Demand Management To provide specialist knowledge in the areas of delivery of demands including generation, receipt, validation, prioritisation, solution, process and progression of demand through the system to achieve contractual requirements. This includes all tooling and equipment necessary. Also experienced on the resolution of issues and priority parts including alternative parts/solutions via integrated functional solutions. Uses information and applies a level of analysis to aid demand management and achieve contractual requirements. Order book Management To provide specialist knowledge in the areas of Order Book Management including generation, receipt, validation, prioritisation, solution, process and progression of orders through the system to achieve contractual requirements. Uses information and applies a level of analysis to aid order management and achieve contractual requirements. Develop and produce the optimum Order Book Management solution with, as applicable, the Customer, On Base Demand Management, Procurement, Suppliers and all other key stakeholders, in order to deliver the required standards of Continuing Airworthiness and contract delivery.

RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION · Must have completed a recognised military or civilian aircraft logistics qualification; or have membership of an appropriate professional body; or have substantial experience of theoretical, practical and on-the-job training. · Be able to work with minimum supervision in compliance with a mandated operational framework and timescales within in a multi-disciplined environment. · Possess demonstrable strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines. · Have experience of communicating with customers, suppliers and partners. · Excellent verbal and written English language and IT literacy skills
