You'll monitor live dashboards, respond to operational change requests within strict SLAs, and ensure smooth transportation workflows using advanced tools like SQL and Python. This is a hands-on analytical role ideal for individuals who enjoy high-volume, detail-oriented tasks with real-world logistics impact.
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor intra-day transportation dashboards to ensure operational continuity
• Execute and validate change requests from partner teams with high accuracy
• Deploy system updates and resource adjustments within defined SLA targets
• Use SQL, Python, and Excel for data handling and problem solving
• Maintain cross-functional communication to support real-time decisions
• Work flexible shifts including weekends and night schedules as required
• Ensure full compliance with Amazon's safety and quality standards
