Supply Chain Manager - Dubai
Salary: AED 20,000 - 25,000 per month
Benefits: Visa for self, medical insurance for spouse and 2 children, plus annual flight allowance for the employee
We are partnering with a leading technology distributor based in Dubai, to recruit an experienced Supply Chain Manager.

Role Overview:
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the full end-to-end supply chain function, including procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing supply chain performance, managing supplier relationships, and leading a team to deliver operational excellence across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives
Oversee warehousing activities through third-party logistics (3PL) providers across multiple regions
Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and reduce excess
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance
Lead logistics, transportation, and order fulfilment to ensure timely delivery
Oversee procurement operations, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and quality compliance
Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team
Drive process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
Monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, logistics costs, and supplier performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and sales teams to ensure alignment
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
15+ years' experience in supply chain management, with strong exposure to logistics, procurement, and warehousing
Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced distribution or technology-driven environment
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
