Job Description

Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimize the company's end-to-end supply chain operations across the UAE and Oman, ensuring efficient procurement, logistics, and demand planning processes. This role requires strong expertise in procurement strategy, freight management, supplier relationship management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience within the HVAC & R, MEP, or Building Materials industry and demonstrate proven leadership in managing a team and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and cost targets.
• Manage supplier relationships with long-term principals, brand partners, and local vendors.
• Oversee sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of contracts to ensure best value and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment required for ongoing operations and projects.

Demand Planning & Inventory Management

• Lead demand forecasting and inventory optimization to minimize stockouts and excess.
• Collaborate with sales, projects, and finance teams to align supply plans with business demand.
• Monitor and analyze inventory trends, lead times, and replenishment cycles to support operational efficiency.

Freight & Logistics

• Oversee freight management for both international and local shipments, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Manage import/export documentation and compliance with UAE and Oman customs and trade regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to streamline transportation and warehouse operations.

ERP & Systems Management

• Utilize and enhance ERP Dynamics 365 (D365) functionalities to support procurement, logistics, and inventory processes.
• Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and analytics for decision-making and performance monitoring.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain and procurement team to achieve departmental KPIs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
