Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager or Procurement Manager in FMCG (covering both perishable & non-perishable goods). Proven track record in leading supply chain transformation and cost optimization. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Expertise in cold chain logistics and perishable goods handling. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability. Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Strong leadership and people management skills. Responsible for designing, overseeing, and continuously improving clients Food's end-to-end supply chain operations. Includes procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution of perishable and non-perishable food products. Combine strong operational expertise with innovative thinking to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability in supply chain operations. Procurement & Sourcing
o Lead procurement of both perishable and non-perishable goods.

o Develop strong supplier/vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for best value

o Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards.

Supply Chain Operations
o Manage logistics, inventory, warehousing, and distribution operations.

o Optimize cold chain management for perishable items to reduce wastage and ensure freshness.

o Ensure timely delivery and availability of stock to meet market demand.

Strategic Planning
o Forecast demand and plan procurement cycles accordingly.

o Develop cost-effective strategies to improve efficiency in supply chain processes.

o Implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance.

Team Leadership
o Oversee and develop a high-performing supply chain team

o Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Compliance & Risk Management
o Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.

o Identify and mitigate risks related to supply disruption, logistics, or vendor reliability.
